Quattroporte Doorcard Removal

Need to get my 2009 Quattroporte door mirrors repainted (oxidisation on mirror) and I stripped the doorcard of every clip and bolt I could find and it is now loose. However I can't seem to get the door finally off. Seems to be held somehow by the door handle. What am I missing. Does someone have a pictorial "how to"? It is the only thing stopping me from being able to unplug the mirror wiring loom.

Have you removed the triangular door handle cover?, 2 screws behind that, plus the one behind the rubber bung behind the aluminium door pull.

5 Allen bolts in total,
2 door handle
1 behind door pull
1 at rear of arm rest
1 behind reflector.

Once removed unpop the panel from the bottom/ sides of the door, then lift slightly to free from the window channel.

Seems I missed the two behind the door handle, I will revisit it again tomorrow.
