QPV Handbrake and Discs

Hello, we all know the handbrake on these cars are weak.. The question is can the drum and shoes be deleted and replaced with say a conventional assembly that operates off the disc and pads?

There is no reason really. You need a suitable caliper, mountings, and mods to the actuator or pivot points to match the stroke of the EPB to the new caliper.

When they are in good condition the handbrake seems fine so I guess you would have to ask, is the juice worth the squeeze?

Juice worth the squeeze - I like that :::) Probably not lol. I'll just use a engineering brick on the back wheel
