How are you enjoying her ?

It’s such a stark difference to the QPV in the way it drives; so much lower and the ride naturally harsher, it feels like I feel everything happening on the road beneath me which can be feintly terrifying and exciting at the same time. Great fun to have a manual again. Feels very analogue, if that makes sense and the power delivery is brutal. It’s a beast and I feel like I have an awful lot to learn! A racing driver mate is going to take me out in it and show me how to really drive it!

The handling is a bit rubbish compared to something like a Porsche, but by God it’s fun. You can feel the car pivot underneath you, and you know it wants to play. It’s like a badly trained whippet the way it wants to dart round, but unlike a whippet it’ll happily break traction. I’m a long way off being a good driver, but have had one day with an instructor (Car Limits, North Weald) and will be going back for more. I’ve a lot to learn and am sure your time with a capable mate will be an eye opener (in many ways!).

It's a car that you just don't get in a drive fast from the off. You learn how to drive it well which is all part of the amazing experience of owning one of these amazing motorcars. Sounds amazing. I got to drive one briefly when the V12 first came out and have been smitten ever since. Enjoy.
