I’m sure the owner will go through everything, he seemed very enthusiastic about the car. I’m sure you’ll get all the paperwork and old bills too, which is a big plus buying private now as some dealers bin it all due to GDPR. Grrrrrr.
They don’t have locking nuts, mine doesn’t anyway?
Enjoy your drive home, you’ll love it, I was actually laughing out loud at times when I got off the motorway on the way home from picking up mine.
Couldn’t believe how you could get such a beautiful, sorted ,exotic car for the money.

I’m talking out of my backside - just checked and mine doesn’t have locking wheel nuts either.

It’s funny how you describe your first experience driving home - I was literally exactly the same, the noise had me laughing and grinning ear to ear the whole way back.

Does anyone know where the code card should be?
There doesn’t seem to be a specific place in the wallet for it.

It was amazing but exhausting....
Most expensive car I have even bought but Grant was great.

I was pretty nervous, but the drive back was mixed. The first 15 minutes I just couldn’t get comfortable and was all over the place. Stopped to get fuel, spent 10 minutes messing with the seat, and turning the heat up (Grant 17 degrees?!?) and things slowly got better and better.

I relaxed started to work out how things in the car actually worked.

night drive with sprinkles of rain probably wasn’t the best time for my first drive but it was memorable!

I can see the car staying for a long time as I said previously. I honestly can’t see it leaving...

Thanks for asking!!

few things though..
Code card is missing so will call a dealer later
2 of the alloys need a bit of attention (this was noted in the advert)
The rear sill by the rear wheel where it flares out by the door has some stone chips that I might get fixed (again this was shown in the photos)
Last thing is that the buttons to the right of the screen have sunken slightly and the fascia is looking a little scruffy - has anyone else had that problem?

I would say all QP V’s have the stone chips in front of the rear wheels. You could just call it patina....
If you see one without anything there at all it will have been recently painted, or never used!

I look upon mine as badges of honour. Just keep them clean and well waxed and polished like the rest of the car.

Yep. Just had my sills done and because I didn't want to respray the back doors I used chipex and rubbed it in. With larger ppf kit I got on ebay for £28.50. It doesn't look too bad. Not perfect but a lot better.
