QPV ADJUSTING WINDSCREEN WASHERS JETS

Hi all. I am sure this is a really easy one but my jets are shooting water miles over the windscreen! I have tried with a pin and screwdriver but do not seem to be able to move the ‘holes’ (there are 4 of them on each).
Is there a simple solution please - I have looked post and a]cannot find one relating to this...

Are they the ones with a hole in the side? If so insert a flat bladder screwdriver and turn, it changes the fan pattern.
