Just swapped the wheels over in readiness for the Llandow track day later this week,
so took the opportunity to take some pics...
the OEM ones are 18s, whilst the Kahns are 19s...

When I saw the thread title i wondered what was coming however to be fair I think the Khan's look very nice. The difference is more subtle than I was expecting.

I've yet to see non-OEM's on any Maserati that I've thought were an improvement. Personally, I think the best possible wheels are the ones Marc has on his....I think they make any QP look stunning!

Are these used solely for track Enzo?

So far have only been used for the track Woody, but after the session later this week I intend to have them refurbished...
I will certainly use them for the road once that is done as I like the look of them (as well as for track use).

Enzo, I have never been a fan of Kahns wheels....but after seeing yours in the flesh last year they really suit the QP...I prefer them to the original QP wheel as in pic one.........

I agree with you Andy, there is something about them that suits the QP...
once I get them refurbed I will probably change the wheels from time to time just for a change,
rather thank keeping the Kahns just for the track...
One thing I noticed immediately today when going for a run for the first time in a long while with the Kahns,
was that the steering seemed more precise and there was a little less 'give' round the corners...
I guess it is because of the larger diameter rims and therefore less sidewall to flex :D :D

I have the same thoughts as Andy. Seeing them in the flesh made all the difference. I would (and I accept this is probably just me) be tempted to drop the suspension a little. I always think our cars look odd that the space from the tyre to the top of the arch is so much greater than the tyre to the sides of the arch.

That is a good point Miles...I have thought about dropping it a little, but not sure I will.
Bear in mind that the pic taken with the Kahns is just after the car has come of the jack, so it sits a little higher than normal.

I prefer the Khans Enzo - remember seeing them in the flesh and being blown away by the look of them. I think 19" really suits the car as well and so does the changed offset - they give the car a more aggressive stance filling the arches laterally. Can you tell the difference in the drive - is it a harder or more skittish ride with the bigger wheels?

Turns it from an exec saloon to a sports saloon in my opinion. Nice to see them side by side though!

A definite difference in the drive yesterday with the kahns on Lewis...
felt like the steering was a tad more responsive and the ride just a little firmer :D :D
