QP - Wayward handling

Earlier this year I had the left front lower control arm bushes replaced, having lived with the knock for a few months. Not long after, the right side started to knock and I recently had the bushes replaced. Obviously the handling was a bit rubbish with worn bushes, but since the bushes have been replaced, the car is all over the place.
The front tyres were quite worn on the insides, so I had new Michelins fitted on Saturday and this made a huge difference, but still the car was not quite right. The tyre supplier couldn't do the wheel alignment on my car on Saturday, so I took it to a reputable shop today and they found that the bolt to adjust the toe-in on the left rear control arm was totally loose. WTF?? That would explain the bump steer. Maserati did the wheel alignment when right side bushes were replaced some weeks ago.
Anyway, the alignment has been re-done and all bolts and nuts tightened - the car's back to normal.
But the thought of loose suspension bolts....

Sadly not a new outcome from a MD hence why here in the UK most use an 'Indi'.

Rather tardy of the MD and clearly shows no QC at all.

That's how the main dealer left my rear tie rod

What am I looking at there

At the end of the day we're all human but forgetting to tighten a nut on a high performance car could lead to somebody dying so at the very least they should be told though they'll probably deny it

It's not just main dealers. I'm aware of one Indy that returned a car to a customer with all bolts on one wishbone of the car loose. The car was sent back 2 or 3 times due to a knocking sound and returned to the customer each time with the car being given a clear bill of health! The dangerous condition of the car was discovered only when another Indy inspected it!

That's why mine over the last 3 years has no service history stamps at all, but with invoices totalling over £9k of parts and only my spanners having touched it, I know it wants for nothing.
