Is it just me? The preloaded prices of the QP6 seem to have been in free fall - was looking at the V6 s - 2013 models sub 40,000miles are around 33k....Sam money as a really good QP5 GTS! Half tempted to get one as a daily drive..

XL saloon with big petrol engine. Cheap today, cheaper than you would expect in three years time when you sell it.

The question to ask is why these have been in freefall and is this pace of decline set to continue? My views are yes to a continued decline - the pace of which might not ease for a few years. I think that sub £30k V8 GTS might be a good buy as maintenance costs lower than old QPV GTS.

Is that a promise!

I was sat behind one today in southern France for about 20 mins and I think they look great. Perhaps not as distinctive as a QP5 from a distance but up close there are some really nice design touches that make it subtlety different to the usual German stuff. For 30-35k it’s a lot of car, possibly with a main dealer warranty!

They are becoming great value.....Always seen them as more of an everyday Maserati than the last QP. The last one for me is one to be cherished and used to brighten the day where as the new one is the one you use daily.....Maybe that's because of the diesel option....Not sure...It certainly has grown on me and looks loads better in the flesh than pictures.

They're lovely cars, but they're HUUUGE!!! The wheelbase is the same as the whole length of my Maser. If I could find anywhere to park it, then the VI would be a lovely car but that's the real problem with it in this country.

There's one on Auto T in Leeds. I am toying with the idea of going for a shufty.
Must admit it looks great, but the size may well put me off.

Looked at one closer to home and it carries its length very well, but was a bit disappointed with the layout of the interior. Just my opinion don't you know. Another viewing is essential.
