£500 a month sounds fair

I think there is something in this.

There are plenty of people on here saying: "I have this car which I love but can't justify keeping, but it's not worth much if I sell it (due to poor demand) but would cost me a fair bit to buy back something as good in the future (because of rarity and risk)".
Meanwhile there are other people saying "I think that I want one of these cars, but I don't really know if I would love it, and it's hard to justify buying another car, especially with the high risk of getting a bad one, and them being slow to sell."

So annual rental (with good insurance, a 3rd-party warranty and maybe a mileage limit) might make a lot of sense to both.

I think a few months ago I might have been talked into a rental at that sort of price.

If the Gaz problem is garage space and the Andy problem is man maths, then the obvious solution is for Gaz to rent the QP to Andy.

Depends on the rental costs as cars at this end of the price range you can get a pretty cheap loan which would be cheaper monthly.

I haven't decided what I am doing with the cats yet tbh. Sell or get pipes modified or if I will even need them for the newbie. If you want to pm me an offer I will have a think about it. They have 500 miles on them and cost me just shy of £2050. I will have to pay that again if I sell and decide I want them.
I have someone coming to see it Tuesday so may be too late for grill. I will pm if it doesn't and we can talk grilles.

The grille makes a big difference imo.

She will be going to a lovely guy who was sold as soon as the garage door opened (his words). Collecting as soon as I get the V5 back from plate change.
I may have advertised too cheaply as the phone & email has been non stop but I thought it was a fair private sale value.
Needless to say Autotrader clearly still works well rather than all of these car auctions.
Roll on Wednesday for new toy collection day.
