The biggest issue with my newly acquired QP IV is the central locking. All locks work but in a totally inconsistent manner.
Press the remote button and both offside doors locks and then immediately unlock.
Use the key in the drivers door and it locks and unlocks just that door.
Use the key in the passenger door and it locks all doors but then the drivers door unlocks.
When the all the doors are locked normally manually if you try to open the drivers door with the door handle it is locked repeat the process for a second time and the door just unlocks itself without using a key
The result of this is that you can't safely lock the car. Has anyone had any similar issues with the central locking are there any known issues I should be aware of before I start pulling it apart?
