I quite like that in silver as it masks the slabby/heavy bumper/valences that this model has (which is the one bit that I've not liked on these, which more commonly appear in black).

I like the silver as you get contrast of the black window surround and exhaust. Seems a great price.

I bought one - and it’s a sheer joy - the improvement over the S surprised me as the suspension is sublime - oh and the grill looks far better!

There is one on autotrader now a 2009 in black with 65k miles on the clock at about £30k. I’m interested in purchasing a GTS but new to Maserati’s in general. This car seems high mileage and perhaps overvalued - what would your collective thoughts be? I live in the south east - what would be my best garage for aftercare and how much do services typically cost? I’m mindful it’s a lot of car and character for the money but not ignorant to the fact it can cost a lot to repair which brings me into warranties - any worth going with? Are there companies willing to inspect the car pre-purchase to provide peace of mind?

AV will be your best bet for services etc, also Galilio.

Warranty will cost a couple of k per year. Save the money in a war chest and if you are lucky you may have more than you need left over for a service every couple of years.

Saw this one......Brcause there aren't very many for sale at one time prices are higher than other QP's . The silver seemed a bargain at that price and sold very quick. Most I've seen over the last year or so have been well over 30k and the last main dealer one was 40k. That is a lot of Maserati for just under 30k and the only one on AT currently for sale. I've not know one person whoe how regretted buying the 4.7 GTS. Go for it.

Yea - looks pricey to me for a well used press car....as you know wheelybin, you can do better than this one but with only 60 4.7 GTS about you need to patient!

Never many for sale these days...Perhaps Dicky may know of one. Problem with being the only one for sale it's a sellers market so tat in itself can push the price up.
