QP/GT Wheel Bolts

Started to tidy up the QP for summer and began with a new set of wheel bolts to be fitted after my wheel refurbishment. Tracked down a set of titanium bolts reduced from $900 to $300 in the US from a company called Acer Racing. Worked out at £257 delivered including import duty which compares pretty well with Maserati OEM at around £245. Well pleased as the last set of OEM only lasted a few years before rusting.

Apparently they will also fit Granturismos.

Must be an extra 0.5mpg there then! Worth it to stop those stupid bolts rusting every 5 mins. Not sure what they make them out of.

Why stop there.More mpg, faster, better handling. Makes the man maths easier.

As expensive ( and often IMO overpriced) as titanium tends to be, I swear by it in certain applications....
Hard to justify when bolts are available for a couple quid, I only wish I could afford some...!

Mostly as you'll have studs poking through the nuts visible?

Personally I'd never really thought about it, but I can see it's less of a smooth look

No, fit the correct length stud with an 'enclosed' nut on end.

Will look like factory, and makes changing wheel 100 times easier.

I use this kind of thing , simply screw into the wheel bolt hole and slide the wheel on , to be fair mine is from my old Vauxhall VX220 so is a bit too skinny , still works though .4BB96063-DE68-4CBC-9324-723B69C950DB.png
