Preserving suspension bushings and rubber parts

Since watching a video on how to maintain the rubber suspension components, and especially bushings, have stuck to the regimen on my QP V with good long term results. I had both upper and lower front control arms replaced over 4 years/30,000 miles ago and they remain in really good shape (as commented on by the Ferrari/Maserati specialists I use, Autofficina), retaining that tight, satisfying steering feel.

The secret was to regularly spray the bushings and rubber parts with a genuine rubber rejuvenating product which is absorbed by the rubber (not WD40 or the like). Clean the part (if possible), spray and leave overnight to absorb. Initially, I used a product recommended in the video below, ATP 205 Reseal. However, as this isn’t sold in the UK, later used Liqui Moly Rubber Treatment, which is also brilliant for things like door, boot seals:
