Thats a neat one for sure. I’d say you should try your hand at a BoraVery nice, I only have one I did years ago as it's hanging in the local, not into art as in "art" but I do enjoy drawing in pencil, usually cars lol. Must have a go at the Maserati's one day.View attachment 139717

Previous occupant couldn't move it either!A nice bronze from a local well known artist that I got as part of the deal when I bought my house, from a collection of ”hares” dancing, fighting, sitting etc. Very heavy, so it hasn’t moved since I bought the house

Luckily not, I actually got a good deal as when I got the keys to the house the previous owner told me a glass-in-lead round window salvaged from a church in France that I know had sentimental value for them “broke” during cleaning and they then offered me the hare - I had asked them previously if they would sell it to me but they initially declined so I was quite happy with the deal as I’m not really a fan of glass-in-lead. Let’s say I was pleasantly surprised when I found out what the value was…another interesting item I inherited with the house was an original “PH Artichoke” lamp designed in 1958 by Danish artist Poul Henningsen (also known as PH). There is no glare and you can’t seen the huge bulb from any angle, quite an interesting lamp. Also very heavy!Cost of removal more than the value?

Fertility symbols, hares. Around here, at least (we're a bunch of pagans at heart).
