Presumably to get the elevation for the photo it is taken from at least the top of Penterry so it is reasonable to assume that is the Ibstock Brickworks at Cattybrook putting out a lot of heat.

Been over that a few times in the Busso Lusso; even stayed a night below and bumped into an excellent food festival. Over in the West on the hillside there are modern cave dwellers.
The Garabit viaduct is another impressive French structure seen briefly from the autoroute.

I was lucky today, beautiful weather (if a bit cold at -3 to +4 degc) and empty, dry roads. And when I say empty, in 4 hours driving D907 and its offshoots I crossed maybe 10 cars.

Already top of my lottery win list assuming Alfa won't sell me their 2900B Lungo even if it doesn't have an engine, although I am sure for the right amount of cash Jim Stokes can build one of his recreations (engines that is)

Perhaps I'm easily pleased, since there are so many absolutely beautiful cars out there and in this thread. But my lottery win car is on the drive and I get to drive it most days. Bliss.....
