A couple of pics from Carfest North in 2012

Must be an awesome feeling of power having control of something so powerful at your finger tips , as an on the ground viewer they make the hairs on the back of your neck stand out , can remember the first time i steered a 60.000 tonne cargo ship up the Delaware river under pilotage , awesome body experience

Took the Merc in for a wheel alignment. No rusty View attachment 70630sub frames to be seen, you could eat your dinner off it.
It’s almost 6 years old!!!
That's what the Japanese imports look like , even at 25 years old! Something to do with not salting the roads apparently..... Surely there must be an alternative for the UK; any chemists out there?

I nearly puked there Phil; that needs a warning of caution before viewing!

Send it to Elon Musk as inspiration!

Kev Rumens, a good mate of mine, flew that Vulcan on displays until it was grounded. Towards the end he barrel rolled it just to prove it could be done. Unfortunately, it was filmed by some one on the ground and the CAA pulled his display licence. He also gave Ryan a personal fly-past on the way back from a display.

Good man! My Godfather, my father's cousin, flew Vulcans.

Haven't driven one in anger for quite a while but they make a cracking noise on full chat, especially if you get a pair in multiple working mode. Bloody rough riders though at anything above walking pace. My brother was chairman of one of the preservation groups for a while and owned a few himself, including some of the scrappers that were sent out to Spain, he made a tidy profit when he sold them and paid his mortgage off!

The view from my 'office window' a few years ago, taken whilst learning the road to Worcester.... ;)
