(Well, I say that, but when I get back from the lunch, I’ve then got to pack and fire-up the QP III as my wife and I then head off to Bordeaux in that.)

Spotted a nice Mini in Vitré just over the border into Brittany and a Wedding car too that looked nice a change from a ropey old Silver Shadow.

The Mini is an early '90s 'British Open' limited edition Phil, I think it was the first Rover era Mini to be offered with a factory fitted Webasto sunroof.

no - but have a good time - I'm enjoying Austria - 100% recommend where we are in a very unknown area
