You could have bought it for less than £50k if you had been at the auction with me a month or so ago. It's in fantastic condition.

Just had my insurance reassessment done on my workshop my broker came out from Laval after already arranging for an independent valuation of my hand tools replacement value €60,000
Only one thing I have to do is put a proper mortice lock on my doors.
No alarm system needed or bars on the windows and no need to have a secure tool room to keep my tools in like being required in the UK.
