Hi Zep,I would open the door and try to manually rotate the locking pawl into the locked position with a suitable device. If the car still thinks it is open then the is something going on with the lock mechanism.
My, similar problem was on 4200CC. Door closed, light off on instrument panel but window staying down, as if door was open. Didn't stop me engaging gear and driving though. Water ingress had fried door control on the window control module in the footwell. Unsure if your car has same set up.Hi Zep,
Tried all of that, also tried battery reset etc etc.
Best,
Paul

Hi, is the microswitch inside the lock? Or do they sell the micro switch separately? CheersIm basically havifn the same problem in my 4200. Except it is the other way around and the car thinks the door is closed so wont dip the window when opening.
Ive already replaced the faulty lock mechanism and checked all the microswitches. Is there a reset procedure I can do?

Thanks! I see the lock in Scuderia for around 100 quid. It's in the lock, I believe, at least the one that says the door is open or closed. Cheap enough part and not too hard to swap out
