Part worn winter tyres available

Hi all, I have a pair of rear winter tyres available that came off my GranTurismo. They both have 5mm on them, so will get you through this winter at least (such that it is).

Pirelli 285/35 R20
104 W M+S

Would anyone like them, perhaps in exchange for a bottle of red? They're located in Esher, Surrey - could meet somewhere moderately convenient (work in the Maidenhead area as an alternative)

How do people feel about 'part worn' tyres in general?

I'm seeing some really nice-looking 'nearly new' tyres on ebay at around 50% the price of new ones:

I have used them as a stop gap before, or to sell an old daily hack. I'd rather buy new on a keeper though for the sake of a few hundred pounds. Remember you will still have to get them fitted , not all places are happy to do that.

That's for sure. Best place to ask to fit a customer supplied tyre is your local alloy wheel repair shop. They will usually happily take £25-£30 off your hands
