Looks like one of my sensors has given up on my GTS.
I seem to remember seeing details of a cheaper (Bosch??) alternative on another thread but can't find it.
Could anyone advise?

cheers

I think they are indeed. I only have the rear ones (near as damnit) confirmed as I never swapped mine out. It's totally failed now but not got round to getting them swapped.

Looking at the part number for the front ones I've used and the ebay listing for the rear sensors, it seems as if they are the same part.

Volvo part 30765108 fits front and back. Get a paint kit that matches your car’s paint, and start swapping, which at least for the rear means getting the bumper off, fidly job with lots of seized rusted bolts and nuts!

No clue about the skoda ones. I fitted the volvo ones to my 2007 automatica and they work perfect. I changed all 4 in the rear bumper (since it was a B. to get off) and one up front that played up once in a while. Plenty of sources that provide the volvo ones, from cheap chinese to expensive (still way cheaper that Maserati) OEM volvo. I just went for 2 sets of 4 from a main carparts supplier in Germany.

Indie is checking out something so hopefully no more Maserati tax on them! Having said that £29 for passenger windscreen wiper!

Bet the Bosch one fits fine....

You should try the Maserati Tax on a GT driver's side!

I know - They were saying that they though Maserati only sold them as a pair, but doesn't appear to be the case (yet!)

FWIW I bought 4 of the ebay ones last year which I only got around to having fitted last week. Turns out two were faulty, and having compared them to the original removed they were certainly not oem or even close to oem quality. worth seeking out a genuine (Bosch?) one and may save some hassle I reckon.

Hi Ralph. Have a look at the Bendy Bumpers Thread - getting off and repairing a rear bumper on a 3200GT is a B. A little advice would be appreciated - I cant find out what some of the fixing on my spare are without taking the original off. Any ideas - have a look at the pics to refresh your memory.
