The med Blu one does look lovely, and it has what looks like Larini rear boxes on it...

Better investment than gold, I reckon.....

That’s what would be paying for it!
Larini boxes eh, that’ll be the trained eye that spotted that, I’ve no idea but the ad mentions “aftermarket” exhaust.
Only thing I can fault is the buttons look “unclear” on zoom, sticky..?
Called and they said inspections welcome, not serviced since 2017, only 1500km since then, they’d let it go for 47,000.
So more haggle room I suspect.

I think it’s a sign I’m a bit obsessed, but one of the first things I noticed was the rear pipes are different to stock... The ad mentions an aftermarket exhaust, and the shape of the rear pipes is very similar in appearance to Larini back boxes (bigger, rounder, slightly flared outwards). If you look at the ad for the red one, the stock pipes are almost rectangular...

Now you mention it re the exhaust shape, the penny’s dropped.
Lovely combo.
How do you find yours after the Granturismo......I’d be in the same boat.

I’m really glad I made the switch... whilst it’s an older car, I think it’s a better drivers car. It’s smaller (and feels it), it’s lighter, it’s more agile, it’s easier to use the full range of the engine, and I think all that adds up to it being (or feeling) quicker. I haven’t done it, but it would be really interesting to have a spirited drive with someone in a Granturismo and see which one struggled to keep up.

The downsides are the noise and the looks are not quite as impressive as the Granturismo, but the (lack of) noise can be fixed, and I rather like the understated look...

Interesting. Do u think the Larini exhaust would get the sound sorted?
My problem is the GT MC was so much fun at 30mph with that exhaust note I never felt the needed to drive fast!
On the Gc it would be town driving mainly.

That blue car is stunning. Might it not be the anniversary blue, instead of Med blue? Looks a bit lighter than Med blue to me. But it could just be the photos.

On Le Mans trip, the GS’s kept up with GTS on the long stretches at speed, and I would say depending on driver was able to stretch legs on more twisty stuff. Speed wise not a lot in it. If I was doing Uber miles on motorways etc GTS, backroads and fun roads, GS. Only my opinion of course and we know what those are worth.

If it has a full Larini exhaust, then yes, that would definitely give a glorious sound!...

Thanks for all the input. Ad stated Med blu, but it’s possible their knowledge is lacking. After all, if it is a Larini exhaust, you would surely realize the importance and state it in the ad.

It looks fantastic and whoever specced it even went for the dark dash.
How easy can the buttons be replaced?,

Those are nice cars, and the QP even has the rear vids.

Just looked up the exchange rate; AUD 45,000 is just over GBP 25,000. Maybe I should emigrate.

You don’t have to change the buttons, scrape excess off with your nail and clean. Is a thread somewhere on here.
