i posted this a while ago, I have seen it in the flesh and it is very nice, the white interior is a bit marmite but I could live with it, how many Med Blu Strads are out there??

More than double my budget tho!!!

From the outside it looks great. A sexy shaped two seat sports car. But then you see the inside. And it's no longer a sports car - it's a saloon. And worse still, a saloon designed by Nike.

Not sure it is Med Blu even though it looks like it in some of the shots - I noticed it when looking at blue GTs.

Stated as 'Pearlescent Inchiostro' which I guess is Pearlescent Ink Blue?

It looks to "purpley" to be Med Blu I think.

Not sure what Maserati were thinking with the interior colours on the Centennials......The black and red is better but the standard Stradale interior is far better. That still reminds me of a 1980's Primarks trainer...Lovely colour outside though.

If they are the Redline of old in Yorkshire time to lace up your running shoes.....

Been in 3 times to look at cars in last few years. 2 of the cars had poor and missing history but described as "full" and a 4200 Spyder had a 90% worn clutch and they refused to change it prior to sale as it wasn't slipping or have it serviced even though it was due a service. One of these garages where slick salesmen make you think they know something you don't.

Nothing changes then! Confirms what I thought best thing is to run away from this one as fast as possible!

Reading the forums there is a bit of negativity about them.

Forums , as we know, can paint a poor picture at times but from my experiences if there was something I was interested in I wouldn't contemplate it without an independent inspection. On the Spyder I mentioned this and they were not happy and told me the local main dealer had seen the car and said it was ok.
The clutch/service issue killed the sale for me so I didn't pursue it. Perhaps I was just unlucky in the cars I looked at. They do have some nice looking cars there.

I have friends who have had dealings with them that ended very badly in addition to the negativity on various forums.

I've heard bad things too.

Personally I'd have a rossa magna Centenary Strad, rather than Blu. But I'm happy with black!!

Never dealt with them, been a few times, always offered a coffee, and I have to say with the stock they have if they were not up to scratch then I cant see how they would get repeat custom etc.

I watched a very young guy being presented with the keys to one of those Merc Gull wing door things, they certainly seemed to look after him and even though was just picking it up they insisted on a quick test drive to make sure he was happy and all that.

Who knows I guess - I dont have 99k so I am not going to test it.
