Brazilian Alfa 102 Saloon, the Rio 2300 engine they built there is a great upgrade for the 102 series cars as they always needed a bit more power than the 1900 derived 2000 gave. The 6 cylinder 2600 engine had the pwoer but was extremely heavy so compromised handling.
I'm with you Loz and that's why I choose to drive what I do.Be interesting to see an AI interpretation of a modern day Maserati design by using all the previous Maserati designs as the input data and see what it comes up with. They would be hard pushed to come up with something worse than some of the EV designs that are hitting the showrooms of late , I cant help thinking that nobody seems to realise the flaws of having to rely on huge screen and internet connection to actually operate your freedom , or is it just the dinosaur trapped inside me

At work we had many panel gauges replaced firstly by digital, mistake, then again digital but this time to mimic an analogue gauge, as then you could tell at a glance everything was ok without having to actually read it.I'm with you Loz and that's why I choose to drive what I do.
I love analog dials and switches the older the better.
Most new car dash displays are like that now or certainly were when I was working for Toyota and Lexus. At work we had many panel gauges replaced firstly by digital, mistake, then again digital but this time to mimic an analogue gauge, as then you could tell at a glance everything was ok without having to actually read it.
