Oil pressure sensor relocation

i had to look them up too, I thought it was an abbreviation for something!! interesting web site.
Fairly deriguer gauges in JDM modding. I had oil, coolant, boost and AFR in this. All go to a central module so relatively easy to install

Possibly before my time. I was in Ansty from 2006 to 2009, but even then we were still testing the occasional Viper for the Malaysian Airforce. Most of the site is gone now. Maybe would have worked with my late father though who was on the Viper test and industrial test.

Yes, he moved down to Filton mid 90’s.

He was with roles from 1971 until he retired in 2011.

I was thinking to do exactly the same thing when my oil sensor goes out on mine, and put the FAE identical one that fellows have found in here.
It should work.
Is there any possibility the pressure reading be a little off because of the long hose though?

Possibility of lag depending on where it's tapping but it's part of the system otherwise, pascal's law should hold true.
