If that improves things, the earth strap must be going as the sender screws into the engine block. C

J James78 New Member Messages 14 Mar 14, 2016 #26 Hi chaps Ref the oil pressure light, it's now sorted and was caused by a bad earth connection on the sender. She's now a steady pressure and once warm its at the correct pressure ☺️
