apart from the "start" button section they are the same....

I think you've been on the ouzo, mate. The dash vents are the same from the 3200 to the GS. You said that the GS went back to the 3200 interior...here are some straws to clutch at....

To be fair the GS interior is much more like a 3200 than it is the 4200. Both are utterly unremarkable!

From the center dash air vents to the rear compartments air vents the 32/42/GS have 3 differing designs, each unique to their model range.

So the 4x4 will be out just as Russia enters recession and the price of fuel head to a point where even their pro Putin press are critical and advise people to buy smaller cars...this along with the down turn in production in China and nervousness in the US.

Trust Maserati to wait till the end game...history repeats itself...again for Maserati?

Still one saving grace is there may be fewer of them hitting the roads and diluting the brand...lets hope the big A is not hingingn on the sales of the 4x4.

Alternatively, with fuel prices lower than they've been for years, and the world-wide demand for luxury 4x4's still increasing, maybe Maserati haven't missed the boat. But I'd still prefer they left this to the likes of Land Rover and got on with making more exotic offerings. Unfortunately there simply isn't enough volume/profit in such cars.

Look at Porsche. The 911 is awesome, but out of their range of cars, it sells the least. The best seller is the Cayenne, then the Panamera. Big ugly cars cars sell more than small, fast, exotic ones. Sad really.

I'm going to Russia in January. Been working on a deal for a year that is in USD. Who'd have thought that OPEC trying to squeeze Russia and the American frackers would have a direct impact on my deal in science. A-holes.

Cancel your flights, it's crashing further capital controls now likely.

The company i'm dealing with are based in Moscow but LSE listed which offers some hope that it will be fine. I suspect they will agree a term sheet subject to a 6-12 month delay while they observe the situation.
