Not a good Sunday

A young girl pulled out in front of me yesterday on to a large roundabout, the traffic she was entering into was stopped at a red light so after she pulled out in front of me she stopped so I had no where to go but up her ****!
Fuming doesn't come close but I kept my cool as she was a young female but so annoyed
Just a good job it was on a very large roundabout and I was about to leave it so I met her at an angle.

I'll probably lose my no claims even though it wasn't my fault but no one was hurt.

bit of t cut will sort that;), lucky you didn't hit the not so forgiving tow bar, on a serious note that is a biatch but doesn't seem like an awful lot of damage to yours??

Luckily it's got PPF on the front so the mark on the bonnet will go once the plastic is removed.
Yes I thought it stood up pretty well tbh.

Ouch! As you say, good job the angle was odd, that tow bar could have done some damage, hopefully it's just cosmetic.

People seem to drive without a care nowadays, cutting others up and making some proper dangerous decisions :(

Ouch. Glad it wasnt any worse. Do you have any protected NCB?

Ps. With the NCB number plate I felt the irony for you.

Correct me if I am wrong but wasn't this your fault? If you ran into her I mean, surely you are driving "without due care and attention".
Just saying, no offense.

Ah bu99er.

Yours is not too bad, that front bumper is saveable. Offer to pay her repair cash and don't involve the insurance..it will cost you a grand all done but you would probably have to fork out £500 excess anyway so I say do it.

Just to add a bit of humour to the situation I take it your numberplate is not longer relevant...cheap shot I know but you have to smile sometimes :)

I can see where your coming from but for the young lady to pull on to a round about that has traffic lights that are on red therefore blocking her way and I am coming around that roundabout from her offside and my lights are at green and she has blocked my exit I have no other route other than to mount the kerb and damage my car seriously or hit the car blocking my exit.

roundabouts are a sod for fault - she shouldn't have stopped on the roundabout, but then you should have, etc... will end up a 50/50 fault claim.

She would only be in the wrong if she entered a box junction and stopped. She was already on the roundabout so she was not at fault technically.
Sorry, I know that is not what you want to hear.
Just my 2 cents.

But didn't she enter the roundabout by jumping a red whereas FF entered on green and she just cut across him giving him no option apart from 'let's off-road' and rip the floorpan to bits?
