After several months I've finally taken ownership of the gorgeous, (high mileage), Mediteraneo Blue Gransport that was the subject of the below thread a few months ago:
I went to view this particular vehicle at a garage near Hertford back in June but unfortunately I took too long to make my mind up and it sold. The new owner then posted on the above thread. So I congratulated him on his purchase and asked him to bear me in mind when it came time for him to sell it.
To my surprise, he said that he wouldn't be keeping it long as a business opportunity had presented itself and he would need the cash.
And so began 3 months of correspondence, arrangements and rearrangements, hampered by local lockdowns / holidays / working away and the fact that I'm in Northamptonshire and the car was now in Manchester, but we got there in the end and following a successful PPI by Autoshield I picked the car up last Tues. Ending the day with a thoroughly enjoyable drive home!
A big thanks to Tuls, (the seller), it was a very lengthy process, (which was nobody's fault) and he was as good as his word all the way through, an absolute gent. Thank you sir.
I haven't really had a chance to take any decent photos but I took this one last week in the car park at work, so it'll have to do for now.
I'm looking forward to clocking up the miles!!
