Hi guys. I've been pinged by wriggly Rich, one of the originators of the SuperCarDrivers, who is a good mate. There is a run out next Sunday and he would appreciate some Masers making an appearance as he says 'any tw4t can have an R8 or 458'! He obviously wants some class to dilute the default selection of expensive 'go tos' so, I f you are interested in a 'run out', pm me and I'll post the details on here. There is a hard core group of original SCDers, including me, who are looking for driving events rather than polishing ones bonnet. I'm sure future events will have a 'wtf' factor because Rich is as mad as a box of frogs.

I could be up for this but need to know where to meet, time etc. It coincides with Porsche Club GB's "Porsche on the Prom" day at Llandudno but as I've gone to it for a few years now, I'm happy to give it a miss and meet a different circle going in my GranSport.

I'm assuming this is a different event to the Preston Xuper Car meet at the Phantom Winger in Fulwood just off the M55 J1 starts 9am finishes 12 noon. There is no drive with this Preston event. Its meeting Super Car owners and mingling.

Ok guys, here are the details;

Meet Tescos A34 Handforth Dean SK9 3PA for 8.30-8.45am 21st May.
Initially heading towards Holmes Chapel via Jodrell Bank. M6. Coffee at Knutsford services and then a blast up the new A556, onto the M56 and ending up at Lambo Stockport, SK14AQ, for a coffee. They will be opening up the showroom.

This is an initial plan so the route may vary and, as sometimes happens, there may be an impromptu drive out after the Lambo stop. It is early days for this group so they won't be tearing the ar5e out of it just yet, although one or two might!

I might decide to tag along on this, I'm hesitant as I'm out on the lash Saturday night, so could be a bit squiffy, although my missus is with me so that could severely curtail my binge drinking
