North west meet up 19th July 2022

Hi All

Im happy to organise a North West meet up if there is enough interest.

Simple evening meal at a local hotel. Ive got a deal on meals and if anyone wants to stay over the night before or after i can also get you a room deal.

The dates i have in mind are :

Tuesday 19th July
Wednesday 20th July
Thursday 21st July

Planned venue is :


Some half decent roads in the area if anyone wants a drive out as well.

Will post up the menu once we have a fixed date.

Just need a show of hands for now and prefered date for maximum attendance.

If there is enough interest then im happy to arrange 2 or 3 times a year. It may not be Ace Cafe but the food is much better.

I would be up for this, far too few events up Norf, even though its basically the Midlands for me ;)

Can't do the 21st. Wife and kids away until 20th in Northern Ireland so I can do 19th or 20th only.

@Lozzer can you do the earlier days?

If @Lozzer can do the 19th or 20th will drop the 21st from the options and focus on those two options.

Well ladies and gents Lozzer can do the 19th July. Rather than spreading our bets lets just say the 19th July will be the date and hopefully some more forum members will be able to join us.

If there is enough of us the hotel have said they will reserve the top car park for us.


The menu is due to change the week we are there but to give you an idea of whats on offer the current menu is below.

Will post the new menu as soon as i have it.

Hopefully we can get a better idea of numbers early next week. In the mean time i will reserve a table for 10 and adjust as needed.

I can make it any day and won't need a room I can walk there :) Im at Channel as a Service which is Bonny Blacks farm.

Hoping maser is back on road for then !!!.

@spkennyuk Thought you were Cheshire way, you near me? Have to grab a beer and its pendle pub walk tomorrow lol
