Nice, would really love to join, but have to work to pay for my expensive hobby unfortunately. Anyone else interested in a weekend session? Or am I the only lucky one who still needs to work?

I've booked the week off. With the bank-holiday it's a 5-day break for the price of 4. Bargain!

********.....just returned home from work to find I have missed the boat!
Have booked the following day if anyone else missed the Tuesday & fancies it....I might even head up on the Tuesday for a spot if spectating & cider drinking.

Bugger! Well, good that you're booked for the following day, Adam. If you can head over on the Tuesday it would be great to see you.

Ohh, missed this thread else I would have been tempted.

I've done 3 car limits days, all in the Elise, 2 with Walshy and 1 with Mark, all excellent and possibly the best money I've spent on my cars (self?) despite the 450+ miles I need to go to get there!

4 person days are ideal as they give you a chance to think through what's going on and watch others.

You never forget your first high speed bend!

I’m looking forward to this even more than I was now that I’ve switched my car from the Granturismo to the Gransport.... Can’t wait!

A driving day with some one who knows what they are talking about is a real eye opener. My mate Paul, who some of you might have met at Llandow, is an instructor at Cat and the sessions I have spent with him at Milbrook have taught me more about my cars and my driving than anything else. Well worth the cost you will all learn loads.

I suspect a very different kind of day lies ahead! Should be really good.

This!

It's amazing the first time how many things I always thought I did well that I actually was rubbish at...

Great day for track speed and road safety improvements though, and the food in the cafe was decent.

I did this last year with 3 other Quad owners. A great day and really good fun to slide the car about safely. Amusingly the instructor kept on getting confused with who was who, 4 identical red Alfa's etc. Recommended. My rear tyres were completely shot by the end of the day, de-laminating etc finished them off nicely but watch out for the drive home!

Looking forward to meeting up with some of you here. I feel like NW has become my second home the last few weeks and been hearing the cars go round loads. As it turns out I’ve completed my PPL now so would have been ok to book the day in the car lol. Hey ho

Good job I didn’t book it in the end, my cars being collected this morning, slight oil weep that Maserati should have done when it was last there. Apparently they couldn’t spot anything last time ! I should be able to pop down mid day as it would be nice to meet some of you.

Looking forward to it boys ;)

Nearly had a swap of cars from the TVR to another 4200 but no deal was done. Should be fun in the TVR as it is driving like a bag of spanners. Needs some mounts/bushes or something replacing soon as a bit of knocking and clonking from the rear. Haven't had a low loader for a while......

Can’t wait for this - I haven’t done any prep or thought about whether I’m meant to do anything, etc, but that will be a task for the weekend. I’m hoping it’s as simple as make sure my tires are fully inflated, fill the car with fuel, and we’re done...

Ditto. I'm childishly excited. My car's still at the dealer in Cambridge and I'm still in Sweden, but we'll be reunited on Saturday.

Can anyone remember what time we're supposed to be there? I assume 8.30 or so, but will check.

It'll be great to see Newton and Dean again and to finally meet Jon, plus Oliver around lunchtime.

@Crofty, are you still booked for the Wednesday?
