Made the fatal mistake of popping into my local Maserati garage yesterday. Which means that I've just had to make a cheeky little addition to my forum signature. See below.

So, Phil, I'm in your gang!

Unfortunately not Mark. Gave up hunting for blue. Settled on metallic black with tan interior. She also has the MC-Sportline carbon exterior spoilers and carbon interior inserts.

I still have the QP GTS, but it is available.

Very nice. But as you've said before. Maseratis are best in blue! :rofl5::rofl5::rofl5:
Who am I to argue with that???

Great news Ewan,
Similar spec to the MC Shift Hoy-in is selling then.
Enjoy!

Congrats Ewan! Sounds lovely, especially the tan interior... pity it's not blue though!

Would have preferred blue, obviously. But thought it was about time I gave one a proper go. So this'll do for now. All being well I can upgrade to blue as and when one comes up.

For pictures, go the the Emblem Sports Cars website, then scroll down from services to sales. Ignore the glorious red Shamal (hard I know) and you'll see my black 2011 GTS MCS MCS.

Hi Ewan
I saw the car before Emblem listed it and it is a peach, especially with the carbon bits and yellow calipers.
Congratulations!

I went back to Emblem this afternoon for a proper look and to check the spec. The purchase had been a bit "all of a sudden" and I didn't know exactly what it did or didn't have. Anyway, it know looks as though its higher spec than I thought, with circa £10k of add-ons.

The extras are:
MC Sport Line aerodynamic package - £2115
MC Sport Line interior carbon package - £1704
Sport pedals - £212
Metallic paint - £552
Yellow callipers - £423
Neptune wheels in Grigio Mercury - £470
Skyhook suspension - £1721
Comfort pack - £1293
iPod connection - £254
Front parking sensors - £529
Plus the car itself, at £90,445

So, a theoretical cost to the first owner of £99,718. I assume he set himself a £100k ceiling and it specced it up to as close to that as he could!

Emblem are closed now until Monday 21st and they'll then need a week or so to do the few bits and bobs I've requested, so I'll not collect it for a good fortnight or so.

Oh...it passed its new MOT this morning with no advisories, so that's a good start.

I put the metal pedals on mine too, really lifts the interior. Looks 2010MY or early 2011MY and a classic colour combination with dark on light being perfect IMHO, beige though rather than Cuoio?

Have you checked the brakes as they have been replaced by that mileage?
