New to the marque, exploring the possibility of Granturismo ownership!

Nope.

Hi All,

So for quite a few years I've lusted after the beautiful lines of the Granturismo, unfortunately more sensible things have gotten in the way of ownership such as houses (and less sensible things, like project cars!). I'm now in a position where I can enter the market, likely with an early model to start with.

I thought I'd join up here to seek some advice about these cars and get a feel for the lie of the land. Hopefully I'll be joining the ranks of Maserati ownership soon!

Thanks for the warm welcome all!

Can you merge your two topics OP as they seem similar?

I thought this was an introduction section and the other was for more technical topics? Sorry if I've offended anyone!

My advice, do it. :)

I'm certainly coming around to that train of thought ;)

Thank you! Yeah she's lovely. M52B28 swap, Carbon bonnet, Carbon boot floor, Carbon front valance, Carbon front bumper, full welded in cage, Recaro seats, Schroth 6 point harnesses, full alcantara interior trim, spax coil overs all around, lexan windows and rear screen etc. etc. She had a full restoration and respray a couple of years ago so the paint is lovely. She's currently got the engine out for some work but I'm hoping to have it back in soon and then I can build the non-vanos M50B25 I've got sitting in the workshop. That's getting fully forged and a nice big turbo for a bit of extra fun!

No offence, just things sometimes get a bit diluted when you have two posts with similar titles.
