Hi everyone!
After many years owning Porsche cars (my daily is a Cayenne e-hybrid), I have owned 996 4S, 997 4S, 997 Turbo, 991 4S and just a short period of time an AM Vantage, I am about to become a Maserati owner.
Tomorrow we are pre-inspecting a Maserati 4200 Coupe 2005 model with 60.000 kms on it.
If erything goes as expected, it should be at home in the coming weeks.
I have read much in this forum about the Cambio Corsa shift, the Skyhook suspension, headroom, qualities, etc…
I have been also looking at a Jaguar XKR from the last ones produced, but wanted something more exotic and that Ferrari derived engine seems to be wonderful.
After reading that much, i am surprised that many have improved the exhaust, this car should have beautiful sound as standard, isn’t it?
I have always modified my cars and match to my tastes, even if that is not so popular amongst Porsche’s owners.
And so, I plan to do also to the Maserati.
Specially because the unit I plan to acquire is very high on suspension and does not have Skyhook, so checking on internet and the forum, I have discovered Formula Dynamics and plan to purchase the following three items:
-Springs to lower the car
-Rear spoiler to make it a bit more sporty.
- DBW module which I read improves dramatically shifts and prevents cluth wear.
I hope I can introduce the car in the coming weeks, and continue learning a lot from all of you!
