As per signature.
Daily driver the M140i, massive power in a small chassis, but can return 40+ mpg on a run easily.
Classic convertible driving my Stag, which I bought as my first car back in '86.
The Pinin for just jobbing around locally, running kids around, tip runs, supermarket, bad weather etc. It is the first choice very often, so easy to drive (auto), sat up right, loads of glass excellent visability, don't need to feel the G' s like the other cars.
The Golf the Mrs company car. Although all the toys god it's boring!

Bloody ****....How much...Surely half each ;-) ..... You going sell. Saying that looking at E30's going for 40k ad with the Lowish miles on OURS Andy maybe worth holding on. ...Ah well story of my car buying and selling life Andy. What was wrong with that light Andy. Never ever looked at it as it didn't effect the car. Take it she us still going well.
Andy it threw an ABS warning light on Monday which has now cleared but it looks like it's related to the handbrake as it only seems to be working on the offside. Going in this week to be sorted.

No plans to sell, it is a nice little runner which will probably be getting an Irish plate soon which will cost me about £400 in VRT but still a cheap runabout with not silly mileage

Ah right, it was the light out warning that came on intermittent wasn't it....as was oil. .... Can't remember. She is a great car for what you need her for Andy and that 2.5 straigh six is getting rare and is a little belter.

A friend of mine has just bought a M140i and is absolutely besotted with it. He is thinking that you don't need a big engine and big power these days to have fun.

Currently waiting on a new Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro to arrive. Ordered it in January and told it should be delivered by the end of the month. Hope it’s worth the wait....!

There is quite a following with them, the B58 engine is a powerhouse. Mine has 335Bhp as stock but an ecu flash and you have well over 400!
BMW have just released the X3M which has been warmed over, the engine, now the S58, has over 500 Bhp stock!

Its a 3 litre V6 and as fast to 60 as a Strad so its hardly a small engine! As MJ says - with a remap or a box fitted they are mentally fast. I think its amazingly practical and quite fun. I a bit +++++ off as I bought the LED /alcantara BMW performance steering wheel - but have never managed to get it to work - and never have time to take it in to the dealers so am missing out on a bit of fun especially at night.

Yes it's a straight six.
The Supra guys are currently stripping down the same B58 engine as fitted to my little 1er, with the aim of 1000 Bhp.
It is really quite cleverly designed.
