Excellent fun Frank. Anyone got an ID on the sorry red wedge in the scrap yard with the 2CV & three wheelers behind? I feel I should know what it is I just cant get it from that angle...

Looks to me awfully like a Saab Sonnet.......might be wrong rare as rocking horse poo these days , even back then they were rare

Love driveing in Europe have to go and see some jet ski raceing in Belgium on the weekend then it was to aim for the Alps open to any suggestions as nothing booked just going to wing it.
Don't know if i will manage to get the girlfriend looking around scrapyards though.

Am over to Rome and Assisi for a nieces wedding start of September.....plenty of time to take a few slow roads, came across the scrapyard by chance.

Have fun and keep us appraised....
