With the massive increase in COVID cases locally it’s getting more and more worrying doing my treatment at the hospital.
They have now moved us back to doing treatment in the main hospital which is not ideal. Fingers crossed and all that
Reading the article and knowing that you have received a lifetime of treatment, I take my hat off to you Sir, it can’t be easy.
The mental stress of knowing that you never get better must be huge.
If you ever do any fundraising for the cause, post it here and I for one will support you.

My hospital shopping list
It's times like this your parents and you must've been thankful for the NHS

I've been listening to a few Americans on tiktok living in the UK detailing some of the uninsured bills they've received , a bit of a shocker was a single item $230 prescription bill

I also was unaware there's no ambulance service in the US , they're all private companies and charge accordingly $1500 was mentioned for one emergency trip so when one American was really ill in the UK she wanted to be driven to hospital because she couldn't afford the ambulance.

Another thing that astounded me was how they worry about things that don't even cross our minds , one girl was doing a masters degree in the UK , she shocked her fellow students when said she picks her seat in the lecture theatre based on the best chance of surviving a school shooting

The NHS have been truly lifesaving throughout my time and I will never take for granted how lucky I have been that’s for sure.
The mental stress has never really affected me thankfully, probably becayse I have grea5 family support and I’ve always approached it as I cannot change any of my conditions so no point worrying.

Thats scary to know that’s how they run there healthcare
