I don't think it will personally as my XF has the same V6 lump in 3.0 format which is supposed to be more fuel efficient and it ain't easy.
The RR is as aerodynamic as a Shed.

That's no bad for something so heavy.....I get 54 in my C250 so probably best t hang on to her as she is pretty fast, handles well and does the communite very well indeed. Like the thought of a RR thought.

Blimey 54mpg is impressive for sure Andy guessing yours is a 4 pot.
My downfall is I like V engines.

RR Sport with the 2.7 V6 realistically is low 30s, surprisingly the 3.0 version does better but I don't think they ever fitted the awesome 8 speed gearbox into this model RR Sport, both Disco & full fat RR got it even before the latest model updates.

I’m still getting high 50s out of the old support barge. Now on 306,000 and still going strong. :D

Are we talking instant averages or long term MPG as I'm getting mid 30's long term since having the Jag XF 3.0 D for a month with varied driving.

Interesting figures my 4200 was around 14 varied driving in NZ amazing what a QP can do with an Autobox.
Just back from a 50 kilometer trip outside of peak traffic on some nice roads resetting the trip she is now on 40 mpg.
How the **** I will ever get her up to 50 MPG I really don't know.
Not fussed if I'm honest.
Joined a Jaguar forum for the XF and some people that's all they are concerned about.
We might get some cheaper fuel as the protests are on again this weekend and a national strike planned.

Wow I had one exactly the same and loved it. One owner too find another.
The rear tail pipe reminded me of my Sierra Sapphire Cosworth 4x4 that I had too.
Someone buy that.

Well been driving around the Mayenne today enjoying the quite roads and the lovely weather.
Driving style was Miss Daisy and didn't exceed 60 mph.
Reset the trip and at one point got 58 MPG but by the time we got back coming through some evening commuter traffic we got just over 40 MPG.
Overall for a 3.0 V6 I'm more than happy.
Will see how she goes when we go to Brittany for the weekend.
