Apparently his next car from the Hairpin Co. is a Merak. Video up from 5pm on Sunday. Definitely a fantasy car for me as a kid, wonder what he will make of it.

There's something really rewarding doing a project having now done 2 Citroen 2CV and well on with the Opel Manta but boy you can put some hours into them.
Even if you worked a cost out on minimum wage people would cringe and most of us spend more than that on a bottle of wine.

My Spyder is starting to feel like a continuous project, thankfully mainly just keeping on top of the trim/interior/roof type stuff rather than anything major. I agree, I get a kick out of sorting even simple things, even if they take me hours.
