Melb GS wheel refurb suggestions

I'd like to get 2 sets of GS rims (marshmallow) refurbished. Mostly gutter rash but one may be in need of more surgery than a simple tart up. Ideally a place that can do other rim refurbs as well...but expertise for gs rims is first and foremost. Ideally east...or south east...or northern or cbd....as I'm not out west. Any recommendations?

If your near Colchester, I'd recommend rim renov8, they did a top job on my QP wheels and they were a mess!

What about Lepsons? Not used them myself yet but they come highly reccomended.

3200/4200 wheels have a small centre bore diameter so they won't fit on the mechanic press that straightens buckles... The damage Will need to be repaired by hand.

Thanks gents - for clarity - Melb = Melbourne. Melbourne Australia. I'm not sure how economically viable it is to send my car & wheels to the UK for repair!

You'll find that all the so-called wheel refurbishment firms send their repairs to Neway wheel repairs,11 Beatrice Ave. in Heidelberg,9457 3141. I have used them for many years & service is excellent. They are not cheap, but reasonable. The other place I can recommend from experience is Zagame in Tullamarine who have their own in-house wheel repair shop, and, surprisingly,do not charge excessive fees. For paint jobs it's usually $200/wheel or more depending on condition. Trust this helps.
