A bit rich and I can see good used market prices on the future depreciation

Ouch but I am sure there will be buyers out there, how many not so sure and what the depreciation will be like is debatable

It's priced a market rate and it will certainly attract fans of Maserati. On one of the blogging web sites it said they have 19,000 orders already, I suppose that is 19,000 deposits but not bad for the first day. All they need to do now is sort out the little niggle details, make sure it handles well and then get it into production before interest fades.

You have to compare apples with apples, if you spec the MC20 with comparable cars from Ferrari, McLaren and Lambourghini taking into account the colour, seats wheels etc. I'm sure the prices will be similar.
Sadly out of my reach

As long as I don’t have to listen to that idiot calling it a Maser-ratty again.

I love the car though. I want to see and drive one first but I’m almost set to place an order. Bit disappointed with the limited colour choices. I love blue cars but not so keen on the blue on offer.

I’d take an F12 any day of the week and twice on Sunday. A decent specced up F12 and £50k of fuel for the price of a specced up MC20. It really is a no brainer; after 3 years the F12 will be worth c£120-130k and I reckon the MC20 will be worth about the same. As much as I like Masers, my man-maths calculator doesn’t.

While they are only bringing 30 to the UK I bet that there will be more......If the demand is there they will not miss a trick with that one as they need the pennies. Anyone expecting a rare car may be disappointed don't you think? Well when I say rare you still will not see many on the roads even if they build 2000 for the UK so would still be a rare sight I suppose.

That was my thinking too. I can get a lot of F12 for much less, lose less, and have that V12 sound.

There is an Atelier-style service apparently where you can have individually specced colours. The blue on offer is a bit too purple for me...

There is that I suppose........but for me.........The MC20 looks so much better and it's not a Ferrari which is a big plus for me. Not that it matters as I will probably never be in the position to have that decision.......
