Lovely car, but I'm not a fan of the blue interior, plus some other Gransport bits of trim 'annoy' me such as the door pockets.
I won't buy a lottery ticket tonight

What a lovely looking thing. I love the interior, and complements the blue weave in the carbon fibre bits and bobs.

Price of MCV keeps rising with every sale it seems. This is a one owner model with lowish miles.
2 owners...has double the mileage of my GS, I love it, but would I pay nearly double, not so sure, but as it’s a very unique car in a small pool, maybe, I for one love the interior, I sat in Myles’s car in Le Mans(drivers seat) and had a trip in it, and it did feel a special place to be....

Agreed on relative value. I paid £38k 4 yes ago when the premium was about £10k over a GS.

Don’t get me wrong, if I was a collector with a pot of cash, Dicky wouldn’t be advertising it...

Last three have all been up for £59,950, so no change this year.

This particular one looks good value to me. It’s done about 10k less miles than mine, and 1 less owner. It’ll sell easily enough at this price. As a Maser fan, I’d like to see it up at £64,950 - just to see if the market would accept that. If you don’t ask...

The MC VC has rocketed in value from when you could pick one up for 35k and is holding well that's for sure where as the GS is now not making money and starting to slip again. ..... That's not me saying by the way but come from a well known specialist.

Basically all car sales are slowing down, the MC will buck the trend, if 1 of 12 is true then it’s not hard to work out why, still not open to the “normal” punters tho I suspect... Car industry is on the cusp of going belly up I suspect, there is no real demand for the sausage factory to keep churning them out, I suspect where I work will cut back next year.

Problem is for a MCV they have pretty much doubled in 4 years. I can't see the same double in the next 4 years.

I love the outside but just can't deal with interiors so blue. Don't mind part blue and part magnolia like many TVR's but all blue is similar to all red interiors for me and a bit too goudy.

Still don’t get the dislike of blue, and all the interested parties were pleased when they heard it had the blue interior. In my opinion, as an MCV nerd, this car is the perfect spec. Regards prices, I very nearly listed it at £64950 to attain upwards of £60k but instead listed it at £59950 with no wriggle room. They haven’t doubled in value, they were always late £30k’s-£40k and that was in 2011, so they’ve gone up by 50% in 7 years. Also 1/12 is worst case, 3 went overseas so 12 is the most there could be.

Dicky,

Can you please stop advertising them?

This is the third time I’ve had to have a conversation with my wife about how much I want one, and how it would be a good investment, and it’s the third time I’ve been told no new toys for me...

Your success in finding them is causing me marital stress!

The average, poor, or high mileage unloved ones are slipping down. The good ones still seem to sell quickly at same money as they’ve been for 3-4 years. I’ve sold 11 this year so far and only one took a while to sell. Basically as some have mentioned in the past, there’s a step divide between good, low miles LE’s and the rest, which is around £7-10k. Ie. £32-35k down to circa £25k.

What’s not to like for your good lady wife? Are you prevented from a purchase in addition to, or px’ing your GTS? I do have a large proportion of customers who forbid me from mentioning any figures when they bring their wife to pick up the car. Customers regularly shred their purchase invoice so it’s away from prying eyes.

Sorry Dicky....not have a dig at your car of course it a fantastic car and rare to see such a low mile low owner example.

I can't change my personal opinion and this is purely subjective. I really don't like overly blue or red interiors. Others may disagree and love them so is what makes up our wonderfully diverse planet.

If you compare the price of the MCV against maybe a 430 or others similar it is a comparative bargain. The issue is the car will have a slight value attachment relative to GS and 4200's that are of course very similar in the underlying base car.

I agree it should be £64950......do it. The market will ultimately decide not little me. You can't easily go up but you can come down.

I know interior is just a personal thing so no offence taken. If we are bringing 430’s into the equation, maybe it’s should be £150k a la Scuderia??

I’m not putting the price up; the price is the price and it is listed competitively.

Fair enough...priced very competitively I would say...should sell quickly I expect.

Compare it to a 430 Scuderia.....bit early to be drinking isn't it Dicky

You compared it to a 430, but I was merely pointing out its rarity.
