Sorry I have not been around much. Been so busy with work. It has taken over my life a bit. I am practically living either on a plane or in another country. Which wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t have a young family - it would make more sense just to move there. But anyway ...

Finally on the plane I download some photos from my camera.

I didn’t take many as I was too busy driving! Sorry.

For those that remember here are the few that I took.

Stunning shots Ho Yin, you really bring out the beauty of the Azurro Argentina 4200. Which is for sale at a very reasonable price for any forum member. I'm going to miss her.

BTW Ira just asked me, who is the blonde driving it...

nice work! Will try out my own QP at the bedford playpen first, nothing to hit at all here as it was never a race circuit.

Forum outing? Sounds like a great place to play safely!

Yes indeed, have done several events here in my own cars. Can confirm that a 3200 left the circuit at 80mph+ several times with zero damage.
Anyone fancy a December day out in Bedfordshire? The next advertised dates via MSV page are Monday 7th or Saturday 12th December.
I might book both, hoping the lockdown restrictions lift. It is possible to run Trackday without any "mingling", but better when we can share passenger rides

Miss the Llandow track day.....

When we get out of this I may organise another if there is enough interest. Was going to do one this year in celebration of 10yeqrs of the forum but obviously that hasn't happened.

Phil, remember the smile on your face as everytime you went out you got quicker and quicker.

Yes for sure! Struggled to keep up with your Jag at first and then was going round sub 50 secs on the second day. Will bring the R56 track car down...

Out of curiosity how busy are the MSV-organised track day?
I always wanted to track my cars but always worried about the hot headed VW Polo GTI drivers around me?

MSV organise a very good day, I've done Bedford with them a few times and it is well organised. Also done Brands too and that was great. Sure you will get some young hooigans with zero experience who think they can drive and lose it on the second corner but you soon learn how to spot these types and steer well clear. The best co's I've used are the small outfits as they are much fairer than some of the bigger companies who have staff with small man complex and tend to pull you up on the silliest of things... I can recommend Open Track who I used for my Spa trip. Dave and his team are top notch. https://www.opentrack.co.uk/

Certainly enjoyed all the Llandow trackdays I did and for the top notch organisation there and from Andy organising them for us.
