Makes you wonder what mark-ups they were taking in the first place.

The one thing that has always frustrated me about dealerships is getting charged 150GBP/hour for labour, only to find the work has been carried out by trainees who are almost certainly earning a pittance. And surely such rates should only apply to 'specialist' labour and not to replacing wipers etc? Grumble grumble ...

...the ways of the world in the UK MS...in France for eg, they have a 3 tiered pricing structure for servicing/work, trainee, fully-trained and specialist....seems a lot fairer.......but I doubt this is applied in the high end marques garages!!!

...and it works.........when we go out...I have to check their pockets for scissors to ensure there isn't a Samson moment .........as 3 of them hold me down and the 4th...does the dastardly deed...........
