I made them after taking my 2004 4200 Coupe lever out, being new to this car , rarely heard it called Gransport but I think
Gransport is the same as 2001-2007 Coupe or Spider, so if your Gransport is 2001 to 2007, the answer is yes.
Best to take it out and make sure it's your lever before buying one:

Yes, it is the same part. Also Ferrari 360/575/355.
