Got the feeling that a lot of them will be bought as limo's. Nice car to arrive in!

Speaking of which, not heard from Dave since his talk about a China visit...

The coco colour from the late 70's and early 80's is very in vogue at the moment.

Its funny how tastes and fashion change. It looks good today but will be terrible to shift after a few years.

You're right Chris...ALl the reviews have said it more of a Limo compared to the outgoing car...Lost some of its magic but it does seem that that's where the Ghibli has taken up the reigns....

Not so much canals, more like open sewers. Lots of bridges, the most famous of which are, IIRC, the 'bridge of sighs' from the old courtroom and the Rialto over the Grand 'canal'.

I'm not convinced; if the colour becomes associated with the model it may retain its popularity. Who would have thought in the 70s that lime green, orange and yellow Lambos would still be the ones to get. Launch colours can make a lasting impression on buyers.

I think the brown looks lovely as long as it's always sparkly and clean the way it is there. If I think back to brown cars the two that come to mind are Austin Princess and a Maxi, both with rust and peeling paint and the Princess with a peeling vinyl roof... oh, and a third, a Ford Cortina in the same state, vinyl roof and all.

However, all these were sh!t cars and, IIRC, the brown was a solid colour and the vinyl roof was the tin lid. The Maserati version looks to have a much, much better look on a much, much better car. It works for me anyway. Time will tell.
