Map display details on facelifted infotainment

Ciao all..
I've got a 2019 Ghibli courtesy car from the dealer. The map screen on the centre has zero details. My 2014 Ghibli with the old style has current gps speed displayed which I find very useful (it also has elevation etc..) can this not be switched on somehow??

I've not found it on my 2018 Levante, which I think has the same system. I couldn't find the max GPS speed either
