its still just two lanes at Almondsbury at the junction with the M4... such a poor design as it is also the main junction to Wales/East of England as well as Airbus, Filton, Aztec West and close to the out of town shopping centre... nightmare.

Don't forget that the M5 was just dual lane around Worcester in the 90s. Nightmare in the summer.

I can remember going to Cornwall in the 90s , got to a hill and all I could see was the sun shining on 100s of car windscreens stationary in both directions so I got the map out , found a road that almost ran parallel with the A30 ,result , that's when I found out B roads in cornwall were dug out of red mud in the middle ages , it got that narrow at one point I had to get out and pull the mirrors in on the van , luckily no angry farmers came the other way

Thankfully my van wasn't as wide as this , 5 hours he was stuck there, wedged in, couldn't even get out of it

They need bigger campers as the people are bigger.
Ridiculous some of the ones I see here with just 2 people in them
