If you read the ad the car is clearly serviced

Yes you are right. It maybe an exception. The only thing is most footballers are under 25?

When you were under 25 how did you drive your cars? Bet you drive it like you stole it! Imagine if it were a 4.7 MC Shift with an amazing exhaust note!

Not saying all will have been badly treated but in my head I know what I would be doing with it. Especially if I know I have the money to be swapping my car out anytime I wish.

Just be careful and go in with your eyes open and don't kid yourself on how it might have been treated.

No worries - I made some enquires about the ebay car

"The car is owned by a director of the company, there are no marks on the wheels or body work of the car The car was purchased from Dick Lovetts and has full service history. The tyres have good tread on them. The clutch has only had 25% wear confirmed by Lovetts
The car is a lovely example"

Well worth a look I say if I could p/ex I would subject to an inspection of course but I am sure Lovetts can vouch for the car they are pretty good

Thanks for info on this car, it does look pretty decent. The only negative is if you look at the same car on Autotrader the seats have different colour inserts? I suppose it can be re-trimmed.

Contrasting alcantara inserts is fairly common practice on Masers across the range - a straightforward re-trim if you are not keen but I think it suits the car each to there own
Good luck with the search

Mine just went up for sale on autotrader - 4.7S Auto

It might be one to throw in the mix

If not, I won't be offended!

All masers at some point are, or should be, driven like they are stolen, all part of the fun, if you don't want fun and just a cruiser, buy something else..!!

After all these years of quietly stalking this forum and a few toys, I am back looking for a GTS. I am ideally looking for a sub 30k mile 4.7l car in grey or blue. Also newer than 2012 model as I like the face-lift front bumper. What kind of price range should I be looking at? Thanks in advance.

Price range is all over the place, but for a quality car give Richad Grace Cars a call. He wont pressure sell you one of his, but give you a real world picture of where the market is and what you should be aiming to pay.

Hello and welcome to the forum. A GT Sport with sub 30k miles should be in the £40-45k region. Lovely cars if you buy a good one.

Thanks for your input guys. It doesn't have to be a Sport variant. I am hoping to use it regularly, although not for commuting. Richard Grace do seem to have some nice cars!

I will start viewing the cars close to me to start the search.

That's a lovely combination. Right colour, model, spec, mileage, low owners, etc. It's even got the same blue alcantara roof I have in my Strad. Got to be worth a look.

4 years is the most impressive research effort before buying in history!
